Public initiatives

Shared studios and civic commons

Our public initiatives open studio doors to neighborhoods worldwide. Every exhibition, dialogue session, and material workshop remains free to access, dissolving traditional institutional barriers between artists and the public.

Core formats

Active community programs

Monthly access

Open Studio Nights

Resident fellows unlock studio doors for unvarnished works-in-progress critiques. Visitors engage directly with active materials, drying canvases, and working tools without curated pedestals or commercial sales desks.

Bilingual exchange

Civic Dialogues

Moderated roundtable conversations pairing visiting international fellows with local trade workers, neighborhood historians, and students. Discussions focus on spatial memory, labor traditions, and collective urban narratives.

Hands-on practice

Youth Print Workshops

Weekend relief and silkscreen sessions guided by foundation fellows in neighborhood libraries. Participants learn printmaking fundamentals, archive their work in community folios, and take home printed editions.

Co-host an open exchange

We partner with municipal libraries, artist-run spaces, and civic centers to bring living cohorts into public view. Propose an initiative for the upcoming residency calendar.
